Court Easy AI delivers precise, reliable answers to complex legal queries, empowering legal professionals with research-backed Domain Aligned AI technology designed exclusively for the legal profession, and you expressly acknowledge and agree that our Services are currently in an active research and development stage, operating in alpha and beta versions with ongoing rapid technological evolution and product development that may result in frequent changes, updates, interruptions, or discontinuation of features without prior notice.

Court Easy AI is designed exclusively for legal professionals, and during onboarding to our application or website, users are presented with a caution stating that 'Court Easy AI is designed exclusively for legal professionals. By continuing, you confirm that you are a qualified legal practitioner, law student, or work in a legal capacity. Court Easy AI can make mistakes, always check important information.' By accessing, using, or registering for our Services, you irrevocably represent, warrant, and confirm that you meet these professional eligibility requirements as verified through our onboarding process where you must accurately declare your job role by selecting from the following exclusive options: Lawyer/Advocate, Judge/Court Official, Partner/Managing Partner, Associate, Legal Counsel/General Counsel, Law Student/Intern, Legal Technology Professional, or Research Scholar/Academic, and you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to provide truthful and accurate information regarding your professional status, with the Company explicitly disclaiming any responsibility for verifying such declarations or for any consequences arising from false representations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed or downloadable on the website, including images, text, software, designs, logos, trademarks, AI models, algorithms, databases, user interfaces, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, and proprietary methodologies (collectively referred to as "Site Elements"), is the exclusive property of Court Easy AI or its licensors and is protected under national and international laws, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Accessing or downloading any content from the website does not transfer any rights, title, or interest in the content or any intellectual property rights to you, and all rights, title, and interest in the content remain the exclusive property of Court Easy AI and its licensors.

3. Limitations and Liabilities

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Court Easy AI utilizes artificial intelligence technology that, while designed to provide helpful responses to legal queries, is inherently subject to limitations, errors, inaccuracies, and technological constraints, and therefore, any information, suggestions, analysis, or recommendations provided by our AI systems (collectively, "AI Output") must not be considered, relied upon, or used as authorized legal advice, professional legal opinions, or substitute for independent professional judgment. The AI Output is provided solely as a technological tool to assist legal professionals in their research and analysis, and you acknowledge that it is your professional responsibility and duty to exercise independent judgment, conduct additional research, verify all information, and apply your professional expertise before making any decisions or taking any actions based on AI Output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court Easy AI and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or services provided, including any content, software, products, services, materials, AI Output, professional liability, malpractice claims, or information accessed through the website. Your access to and use of the website is at your discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such use, with Court Easy AI's cumulative liability for any damages not exceeding one hundred Indian Rupees regardless of multiple claims.

Court Easy AI and its suppliers provide the website, including all content, software, products, services, materials, and information, on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Easy AI expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Services are currently in active research and development phases, operating as alpha and beta versions with experimental features and capabilities that are subject to continuous modification, improvement, and potential discontinuation, and the Company makes no guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding service quality, availability, performance, accuracy, or reliability, even for Users who have paid subscription fees or entered into paid service agreements.

4. Billing & Payment

Payments for services can be made using a valid credit card or debit card, subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer, with all payments to be made in INR Indian Rupees. The company will invoice the customer in advance for the use of the service, as specified in the purchase or subscription agreement, and all prepaid amounts are non-refundable regardless of service quality, availability, or User satisfaction, particularly given the experimental and developmental nature of alpha and beta service versions where paid subscriptions do not guarantee continued access to specific features, service levels, or quality standards.

The customer agrees to maintain accurate and current credit card billing information on file with the company and will be responsible for paying all reasonable expenses incurred by the company in collecting overdue payments, including legal fees, with the company reserving the right to suspend or downgrade the customer's account if fees are not paid on time and to modify pricing, billing terms, or service offerings at any time without prior notice.

5. Use Policy – Terms and Conditions

The use of the website does not establish a client-attorney relationship, and similarly, the transmission, receipt, or use of the website, its information, and materials, or sending an email to our offices does not create a client-attorney relationship. Visitors to the website are advised to be aware of the laws in their respective countries concerning any matters discussed on the website, and accessing the website is considered an action taken at the visitor's own initiative with responsibility for complying with applicable local, national, or international laws.

These Terms of Use will be effective from the Effective Date and will remain in effect until terminated earlier as specified herein, with Court Easy AI reserving the right to terminate or suspend your user account or access to the platform at any time, at its sole discretion and convenience, if you violate these Terms of Use or any applicable law.

6. Data Protection and Privacy Compliance

The Company hereby establishes and maintains a strict policy of resistance against any attempts by third parties, government agencies, legal authorities, or other entities to compel the disclosure, transfer, or sharing of User Data, proprietary algorithms, AI models, or any confidential information related to the Services through legal process, administrative demands, court orders, or any other means. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall any User, third party, or legal entity have the right to demand, compel, or legally require the Company to disclose User Data, algorithmic information, or proprietary technology, and any such attempts shall be vigorously contested through all available legal means.

The Company reserves the right to refuse compliance with any legal demands, subpoenas, court orders, or governmental requests for User Data or proprietary information, and will undertake all reasonable legal measures to protect the confidentiality and security of such information, including but not limited to challenging the validity, scope, or enforceability of such demands through appropriate legal proceedings. The Company hereby represents and warrants that it will never sell, transfer, or commercially distribute User Data to third-party entities for monetary consideration or commercial gain, and we utilize user interactions with AI to improve products and service quality for both paid and free users in alpha and beta versions while tracking and monitoring telemetry of user interaction with platform and AI to improve service quality.

7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Disputes

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws, and by using the website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, for any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website or the interpretation of these Terms of Use. You agree not to initiate any legal action concerning the website or these Terms of Use in any court outside Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and Court Easy AI retains the right to initiate and pursue legal action in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms of Use.

In the event of a dispute where Court Easy AI prevails, it may recover its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, disbursements, and other legal expenses, and any claims or causes of action arising from your use of the Services must be filed within one year after the claim or cause of action arose, with failure to file within such time period constituting a complete bar to any such claim.
